I am a life-long fitness enthusiast and strong believer in the power exercise has to transform people's lives. I hold certifications in Personal Training, Health Coaching, and Sports Nutrition from the International Sports Sciences Association. I am a longtime Cranford resident and excited to support heath and fitness in our community.

Humberto Dumani

Since I was 5 years old I started to do martial arts and traditional sports like soccer, basketball, baseball and volleyball. During my childhood I practiced taekwondo a lot. Years later, I got my 3rd degree kukkiwon certification in taekwondo.

I competed in national events, and I pursued competing at an international level as well, since I was a high performance athlete. Besides Taekwondo, I also did Kickboxing, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. I focused more on martial arts sports because martial arts is in my blood as my whole father’s family did decades ago.

When I came to the United States in 2015, I wanted to go to college and get a bachelor’s degree in physical education. So, I went to Union County College to study English. After that, in 2017 I went to Kean  University to make my dream come true. In 2021, I graduated from Kean University, and I got a bachelor’s degree in Community Recreation and Administration .

My whole life has been dedicated to fitness, wellness, sports and  technology. I became a personal trainer because I wanted to help others make their own goals come true.

I have a personal certification through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) which helped me to reinforce my knowledge about how to fulfill my clients goals.

I'm a retired IT consultant with over 37 years of experience in technology and business solutions. After retiring, I pursued my passion for health and fitness and became a certified personal trainer. Now, I enjoy helping others achieve their wellness goals through personalized training and support.

Natalie Adams

Natalie has been a Group Fitness Instructor for 15+ years and with the YMCA specifically since 2018, doing a variety of classes such as Zumba, Cardio Sculpt and Kickboxing. Now, she is taking her knowledge, skills and love for motivating people through fun, effective workouts in the classroom and applying it to the world of personal training. She meets clients where they are at in their fitness journey, understands their goals and customizes each session to hit those goals. Natalie has also combined her passion for fitness and fashion by partnering with a new athleisure brand and helping them launch into the global market. Now she can help people not only look good and feel good through working out, but also the clothes they are wearing to workout in.
