Our Cause
At the Y, we focus on nurturing the potential of every child and teen, improving our community’s health and well-being and giving back to our neighbors. Everyone is welcome at the Y, regardless of age, ability, income or background. We are dedicated to providing programs and memberships that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all and have been proudly serving the communities of Westfield, Cranford, Garwood and Mountainside since 1923.
We are living through difficult times and we are here for each other. Make sure to exercise! Try to eat right and get enough sleep. And if you’re feeling anxious, the resources at Here2Helpnj.org are available.
We are proud to be partnering with the Westfield Food Pantry to help those in need. Drop off non-perishable items in the large container outside the front door at any time.
