Extended XC Distance TrainingOctober 29-November 199-15 yr Athletes learn the fundamentals of distance running and techniques unique to off-track running. Athletes with more experience build on the fundamental skills through conditioning and in-depth training. Monday and Wednesday, 4:15-5:15pm Location: Oak Ridge Park | Fall Sprints ClinicOctober 29-November 199-15 yr Athletes improve short-distance speed through focused sprint training with an emphasis on start technique. Wednesday and Friday, 4:15-5:15pm Location: Oak Ridge Park | Winter ConditioningDecember 1-227-15 yr Prepare for the track and field season with off-season training led by Flyers coaches and personal trainers. Engage in core exercises, cardio drills, plyometrics, and strength training. Age 7-10: Monday and Friday, 5:30-6:15pm Age 11-15: Monday and Friday, 6:20-7:20pm Location: Main Y Gym |

Winter Conditioning
January 2 - February 27
7-15 yr
Prepare for the track and field season with off-season training led by Flyers coaches and personal trainers. Engage in core exercises, cardio drills, plyometrics, and strength training.
Age 7-10 yr: Wednesday & Friday | 6:20-7:05pm

Age 11-15 yr: Wednesday & Friday | 7:10-8:10pm
