Winter 2026 Session Programs
Winter Conditioning
January 2 - February 27
7-15 yr
Prepare for the track and field season with off-season training led by Flyers coaches and personal trainers. Engage in core exercises, cardio drills, plyometrics, and strength training.
Age 7-10 yr: Wednesday & Friday | 6:20-7:05pm

Age 11-15 yr: Wednesday & Friday | 7:10-8:10pm

Spring Track & Field
Mondays & Fridays | 5:55-6:55pm
Participants will focus on short distance/faster running. Emphasis will be placed on start technique. Sprints will also help athletes prepare for events like long jump and hurdles (ages 11+) which are offered in the program.

This group is geared for Flyers athletes that have had some prior experience with Sprinting training in the program and are ready for a more challenging workout. Workouts will be more advanced – this group is by coach’s recommendation only.

Participants will focus on longer distance training with an emphasis on building cardiovascular endurance. This group will have speed workouts (sprints) built into their workouts as well.

Participants will focus on javelin, shot put & discus events. They will have the option of trying all events throughout the season with javelin and shot put being offered the most.
