Marla joined the Westfield Area YMCA in 2009 in the membership department and very soon after moved to Marketing and Communications. She was became the Assistant Director in 2013 and Director in 2015. In 2022, Marla was promoted to her current role.

Previously, she was the Member Services Director at the JCC of Central NJ after a decade in account management at large advertising agencies working with clients such as AT&T and Andersen Consulting. Marla holds a B.S. in Management, Concentration in Marketing from Binghamton University.

Marla enjoys working at the Y because she feels she has a direct positive impact on the community in which she lives and works.
