Maria Jakubek

Assistant Membership Director

Maria joined the Westfield Area YMCA in December 2025. Prior to coming to the Y, Maria had a long career in media and magazine publishing. She has a BA in English and Communications from Muhlenberg College.

Maria is a long time Westfield resident and my family has enjoyed many of the services of the Westfield Area YMCA—from childcare to camp to Flyers Track Club.

In her free time, she love being outdoor active with family and friends-mostly hiking in beautiful places. Maria volunteers at Children's Specialized Hospital in Recreational Therapy.
