Jacqueline (Jackie) Silva brings several years of Human Resources experience, most recently close to 14 years with the Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix and is passionate about helping individuals and teams reach their full potential. She currently leads the New Jersey YMCA Alliance, HR network.

 

Jackie is also professionally trained through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is a certified PrinciplesYou Coach. She also holds Y-USA Team Leader and Global Leader certifications. She is dedicated to building strong relationships, understanding the needs of those she serves, and providing thoughtful HR support that aligns with organizational goals.

 

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts.
