Emily Ortiz

Facilities Administrator

Emily holds a degree in Economics from the University of Delaware. and brings extensive experience from the financial services industry, where she began her career as an investment planner and advisor. Her passion for purpose-driven work led her to the nonprofit sector, where she has consulted on financial strategy and business development for numerous organizations within the ESG space.

A lifelong member of the Westfield YMCA community, Emily’s journey with the organization began in early childhood. She attended our Early Learning Center and participated in summer camps throughout her youth. Today, she is proud to contribute to the mission and values of an organization that has played such a meaningful role in her life.

Outside of work, Emily is a wife and mother who finds deep joy in her family life. She loves embracing the many joys of motherhood, spending time with friends over dinner, curling up with a good book, and staying grounded through Pilates. She is excited to grow with the YMCA and continue to create a community she feels proud of!
