Alicia joined the Westfield Area YMCA in 2023 during her final year of college, beginning her journey in the School Age Child Care department. In early 2024, she transitioned into the Marketing department as an intern, where her creativity and initiative led to a part-time role. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Communications, Alicia was promoted to full-time Marketing Assistant and has since stepped into the role of Assistant Director of Marketing.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with friends and family & enjoying summer at the Jersey Shore.
