I grew up and attended high school in Roselle. I earned an Associate’s Degree in Sport Management from Union County College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. While in college I worked part-time at the Westfield Area YMCA. After college I started full-time as a program coordinator. Sports have always been a passion of mine and I love to play them and be around them. I played softball and volleyball all throughout high school as well as in junior college. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends and family and play on my co-ed volleyball team at the Y. I plan to return to school to further my education and to better my career.
At the Y I teach various youth athletics and am very much involved in many other areas such as, strength and fitness, birthday parties and events, and preschool. I enjoy very much working with people of all age groups. Fitness and athletics go hand-in-hand. As a trainer I like to spread my fitness knowledge and help clients reach their main goals, whether that’s strength, correct technique, weight loss, or anything else a client desires.
