Water Fitness is an ideal form of exercise for adults of all ages to increase physical strength and endurance without putting stress and strain on joints. All classes are included with membership.
We offer a wide variety of water fitness programs in both the shallow and deep end of the pool. Water exercise provides a soothing environment for a terrific cardio and strength training workout.
