Swimming is a life skill as well as great exercise and a challenging sport. We offer aquatics programs for every age, ability and skill level including instructional swim, water exercise classes, and other programs. Our adult group lessons are split into three levels: Swim Basics, Swim Strokes, and Swim Fit. Whether you are a beginner who is overcoming fears, or a seasoned swimmer who is refining their strokes, we have a class for you.
