Michele joined the Westfield Area YMCA as Assistant Human Resources Director in 2019 bringing almost 20 years of Human Resources expertise with her.  Michele originated her YMCA employment at the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA in 2006 and has more than 12 years of non-profit Human Resources experience.  She is an active member of the NJ YMCA

Assistant Director of Physical Programs

Will joined the Westfield area YMCA in 2017 as a Flyers track coach. In his current position, he oversees the Flyers track and field and cross country programs and the Westfield YMCA 5k Run for Everyone. Will has a B.A. degree in advertising and is currently in the process of getting his M.S. in exercise

Chris was promoted to his current position in September, 2018.  He joined the Westfield Area Y in 2017 as an Assistant coach for the Devilfish Swim Team and then became the Assistant Director of Competitive Aquatics and the Head Age Group Coach for the Devilfish. Ed joined the Westfield Area Y in 2010 as a Maintenance Mechanic and was promoted to Facilities Director in 2018.
