ROOKE POOL and WALLACE POOL

Group Swim Lessons      Lap Swim/Water Ex Reservations

Lap swim, water exercise and adult swim lessons are included with membership.  The Rooke Pool is 20 yards in length, and the water is approximately 86-88 degrees.  The Wallace Pool is 25 yards in length, and the water is approximately 80-82 degrees.

In-person and virtual! High and low impact classes are offered to fit every need and ability level including Yoga, Pilates, cardio, strength, cycling, barre and more. All classes are taught by nationally-certified group fitness instructors and are conducted either in our 3,600 sq. ft. fitness studio with spring-loaded wood floor and skylights, or in our large, bright multi-purpose room.
