Pool Procedures      Group Swim Lessons      Lap Swim

Please refer to the above pool schedules for adult lap swim, family lap swim, family swim, and adult open swimming times.  The adult water exercise and adult swim lesson schedules are also included.  The Rooke Pool is 20 yards in length, and the water is approximately 86-88 degrees.  The Wallace Pool is 25 yards in length, and the water is approximately 80-82 degrees. Our air-conditioned double gym offers open gym time for Adult Pickleball, Adult Roller Hockey, Adult Basketball, Youth/Teen Basketball and Family Basketball. Check back for details.


High and low impact classes are offered to fit every need and ability level including Yoga, Pilates, cardio, strength, cycling, barre and more. All classes are taught by nationally-certified group fitness instructors and are conducted either in our 3,600 sq. ft. fitness studio with spring-loaded wood floor and skylights, or in our large, bright multi-purpose room.
