The Westfield Area Y is here to help improve the health and wellness of your spirit, mind and body. We offer a variety of personal training options to meet your individual needs and to assist you on your journey to living a healthier, happier life.
Our training philosophy is simple: we help you reach your fitness goals by providing you with the motivation, knowledge and support that will ultimately make you a successful and independent exerciser.
Our personal trainers are all nationally certified and ready to create an individualized program that will meet your specific needs and goals, whether you are getting ready for a triathlon, need post-injury rehabilitation, or you just need the motivation to get your exercise program on track.
To get started, pease fill out the Individual Personal Training Information Packet or the Small Group Personal Training Information Packet and return to the Welcome Center. We will match you with a trainer and contact you to schedule your first session.
