Welcome to Camp
This camp is designed to train young men and women for future employment as a camp counselor.
C.I.T. is a 3-week program that includes counselor skills, activity skills, teambuilding and communication skills. We also do leadership training so our campers can gain hands-on–learning experiences and develop the essential leaderships skills necessary to work with children in a camp setting. C.I.T.’S will be evaluated on their progress during the program, as well as after the completion of the program. Campers will participate in different scenarios as a group and individually to help better prepare them when they enter different camps as C.I.T.’S. Overall, this camp will help provide leadership to young children who will grow into strong aspiring adults.
