Administrative Assistant

Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

Assist Sr. VP of Operations/COO, Facilities Director and Senior Staff by providing functions such as data entry, attend and take minutes at meetings, process invoices and facility work orders, mailing, filing, scheduling and the execution of assigned projects.

Experience Needed

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of related Administrative experience.
Must have strong computer skills in MS Office and be capable of communicating with all levels.
Self-starter who possesses strong attention to detail with excellent mathematical skills.
Should possess skills in managing multiple priorities and customer relations.
Must have strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge and experience with standard office equipment such as phone systems, copier, fax machine.

Hours

Monday through Friday - flexible schedule.
