Synchronized Swimming is both a very demanding sport and a beautiful art form. It combines the skill and endurance of speed swimming, the grace, balance, and precision of ballet, and the pearl diver's ability to hold her breath and work underwater. The Westfield Area Y Aquaducks Synchronized Swim Team competes regionally and nationally, including at the U.S. Age Group Nationals.

Want to try a unique sport, one that combines swimming, ballet & gymnastics? 

• Synchronized swimming classes are offered throughout the year.
• Clinic for potential synchronized swimmers is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the Early Fall session.
• Tryouts for the team are held in early September.

Annual Synchronized Swimming Show

Mark your calendars! Every year, the weekend before Thanksgiving, you are sure to find a treat at the Westfield Area Y. The Aquaducks, the states only nationally ranked synchronized swim team, puts on their annual swim show. 3 spectacular shows are offered to promote the beauty of the sport and to raise money to defray team's traveling costs. Being the only synchronized swim team in the state, the girls travel troughout US for regional and national competitions. The Annual Aquaduck swim show is the team's major fundraiser for the year.
