    This group strength training class using hand weights, resistance tubing and other equipment to improve muscular strength and stability.

  • Cardio Blast

    Cycle, run, jump, and move!

  • Cardio Interval

    Varied combinations of step, aerobics, jump rope and/or cycling with strength training.

  • Cardio Kickbox

    This cardio class features boxing and kickboxing moves. Class may include strength and jump rope intervals.

  • Cardio/Sculpt/Stretch

    Class includes segments of aerobic exercise, strength and flexibility.

  • Cycle and Sculpt

    Combine the best of cycling and body sculpt into one terrific workout.

  • Cycling

    Simulated outdoor cycling indoors!

  • Cycling/Abs

    15 minutes of abs after cycling.

  • DELAY THE DISEASE--Exercise to Fight Parkinson’s Symptoms

    Research has shown that physical exercise has measurable benefits for those living with Parkinson’s. This unique program incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular exercises to help soothe tremors, improve posture, smooth steps and increase overall well-being. Led by Y trainers with specialized certification. Water exercise classes are available and included.

  • Exercise for Everyone Plus

    If you are far from your ideal body weight, ease into exercise in a comfortable, nonjudgmental setting. Class is low impact and uses light weights to reduce body fat while increasing cardiovascular fitness, and strength. Led by a Y personal trainer with a certification in exercise for the obese.

  • Fitness Challenge

    Intensive cardio, strength and functional stations are integrated into one dynamic class.

  • Fitness Dance Medley

    Line, Broadway, Latin and more!  Improve memory, balance, and flexibility. Great for beginners, seniors and anyone who loves to dance.

  • Get Fight Fit

    Cut bodyfat and get fit! Danny Kaltneckar, Y Personal Trainer and Jiu-Jitsu champion, uses TRX, Spinbikes, Bosu trainers, kettlebells, jump ropes, and the principles of productive work-to rest ratios to push you beyond your comfort zone to get results.

  • Powerbox Circuit

    Hands-on circuit style cross training with an emphasis on boxing and kickboxing as tools for fitness. Handwraps required, limited amount of gloves available.

  • Powercut

    Use a barbell with light to moderate to target the body’s major muscle groups.

  • R.I.P.P.E.D.

    R.I.P.P.E.D. – The One Stop Body Shock™ is a total body high-intensity class that challenges your cardio and endurance levels through resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics and endurance training. Your body never gets used to the changing format!

    A great cardiovascular workout that uses the step.

  • Strictly Strength

    No cardio...just 100% building muscle and increasing strength!

  • TRX Suspension Training Group Class Cards

    TRX® Suspension Training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all at once!  A certified TRX® instructor will guide you through a series of exercises that will use your body weight and gravity to achieve your fitness goals—guaranteed to challenge every level of exerciser! 12 stations are available in each class.
