Aerobics
An upbeat freestyle cardio workout.

Barefoot Fusion
Strengthen and tone your entire body from the ground up! This workout incorporates the best of multiple disciplines including cardio, strength, core, balance and flexibility training. You will strengthen the muscles in the foot and ankle along with every other part of your body with this dynamic and challenging workout. Uses small weights or weighted balls. Best done in bare feet, but a very flexible sneaker is OK.

Body Sculpt
This class is group strength training using hand weights, resistance tubing and other equipment to improve muscular strenghth and stability.

Boogie Box
BBX is an innovative fusion of resistance training and endurance drills, with martial arts, Latin and Hip Hop movements. You will burn more calories and create lean muscle by using "applied muscle resistance" without the use of equipment. This fun-filled heart pumping format is appropriate for all fitness levels.

Cancer Exercise Program
Exercise is the best medicine! Whether you are newly-diagnosed, in-treatment, or in remission, you need to regain and build your strength. The goal of this program is to reduce daily fatigue, improve functional strength, teach you to exercise safely based on your specific cancer, improve balance, minimize the effects of lymphedema, and build a support network. There will be a brief nutrition component to each class session. Approval by your physician is required prior to participation. Cardio Blast
Not for the faint-hearted. Cycle,run, jump, move!

Varied combinations of step, aerobics, jump rope and/or cycling with strength training.

Cardio Kickbox
This cardio class features boxing and kickboxing moves. Class may include strength and jump rope intervals.

Cycle and Sculpt
This class combines the best of cycling and body sculpt into one terrific workout.

Cycling
Simulated outdoor cycling on specially designed indoor bikes.

Cycling/Abs
15 minutes of ab work are added onto a cycling class.

DELAY THE DISEASE--Exercise to Fight Parkinson’s Symptoms
Research has shown that physical exercise has positive and measurable benefits for those living with Parkinson’s. This unique program will incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular exercises to help soothe tremors, improve posture, smooth steps and increase overall well-being. An aquatic component will be introduced as classes progress. It will be led by Y trainers with a certification in this specialized program. Free for full-facility members. Exercise for Everyone Plus
If you are far from your ideal body weight, ease into exercise in a comfortable, nonjudgmental setting. The class is perfect for those considering, or who have had, weight-loss surgery. Class format is low-impact and uses light weights to reduce body fat while increasing cardiovascular fitness, strength and lean muscle mass. Led by a Y personal trainer with a certification in exercise for the obese.

Fitness Challenge
This class will train your body in a whole new way. Intensive cardio, strength and functional stations are integrated into one dynamic class. Exercises are customized from beginner to advanced level. Switching stations, fun equipment and new weekly challenges make the time fly by!

Fitness Dance Medley
A fun dance workout--Line dancing, broadway and Latin...we do it all! Improve you memory, balance, and flexibility. Appropriate for beginners, seniors and anyone who loves to dance.

Outdoor Boot Camp
Challenge body and mind AND surpass your expectations. Class includes cardiovascular conditioning, upper and lower body strength training, and core stability exercises. This outdoor class gives you the edge you need to start your day.

Powerbox Circuit
Hands-on circuit style cross training with an emphasis on boxing and kickboxing as tools for fitness. Utilizes freestanding bags, focus mitt/glove drills,kickpads, jump ropes and various strength and cardio stations. This is great adjunct cardiovascular training for the more skilled boxer/martial artist, aswell as the enthusiastic novice. Handwraps required, limited amount of gloves available.

Powercut
Students use a barbell with light to moderate weights that target the body’s major muscle groups. Powercut is not an “aerobics” class. It is an excellent all-over body workout.

This is a great cardiovascular workout that uses the step.

TRX Suspension Training Group Class Cards
TRX® Suspension Training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all at once! A certified TRX® instructor will guide you through a series of exercises that will use your body weight and gravity to achieve your fitness goals—guaranteed to challenge every level of exerciser! 12 stations are available in each class.
