12 Weeks to a Healthier You
Free for full-facility adult members! This is a supportive program in which a Y wellness professional leads a small group in a private workout environment. Learn how to exercise properly and lead a healther life. Please fill out a "12 Weeks to a Healthier You" registration form and return to the Welcome Center.

Diabetes Exercise & Nutrition Program
Managing your Type 1 or Type II diabetes is more than tracking sugar intake. You want to have an active and healthy lifestyle.This program gives you the exercise and nutrition tools, expert guidance and support to succeed. You will learn how to safely increase your physical activity, improve your blood lipid profile, control your glucose level and manage your weight. It is led by a certified Health and Fitness Specialist, a Nutritional Sciences Expert (Kim Spaccarotella, PhD.) and certified Personal Trainers. Next 12 Weeks to a Healthier You
Build upon the knowledge and fitness level you obtained in the first "12 Weeks" program! Learn how to best use more of our facilities including the cardio room, the strength room and the free weight room with the support of your trainer and like-minded exercisers. This offer is only available to members who participated in the first "12 Weeks."

Our Regsitered Dietitian will assess your diet, health and lifestyle in an individual private consultation and develop a plan that will work for you!

Ready, Set ... Fit!
This new 8-week program is perfect for men and women over age 40 who are ready to get started on the path to living better. This friendly, supportive exercise program is led by a Y certified fitness professional. Join in on your own or with a friend! Your $50 “On The Way” membership gives you access to this great new program. Morning, afternoon, evening and weekend sessions will be offered at various locations.
