    Commonly referred to as "physical chess," and also known as a martial art, fencing improves hand-eye coordintation, flextibility, and overall physical fitness.

    Learn the basics of this popular sport--fundamentals of the swing, proper stance and how to hold a club.

  • Golf Individual Lessons

    Individual 45 minute lessons for beginners or advanced players of all ages.  Lessons are available by appointment.  1, 5, and 10 lesson packages are available.

  • Racquetball Individual Lessons

    Individual 45 minute lessons for beginners or advanced players will teach the rules, skills, maneuvers, and strategies of the sport.  Lessons are available by appointment.  1, 5, and 10 lesson packages are available.

  • Tae Kwon Do

    This popular program develops self-confidence, self discipline, self-defense, flexibility, agility and overall physical fitness. Beginner to advanced levels offered.  Tae Kwon Do participants can attend as many sessions per week as they want, at their current belt level.

  • Tennis Individual Lessons
