10-Minute Body Fat Test
A caliper body fat test, with the use of the Polar Body Age computer system, provides an accurate assessment of where you hold your weight. If weight loss is your goal, checking and monitoring your body fat gives you more insight and information to help you achieve your goals.

Exercise Image Program
This highly individualized fitness program is tailored to meet your needs and goals. Your program is provided in booklet form. Can also be packaged with 2 Personal Training Sessions.

Fitness Evaluations
The Polar Body Age computer system gives you an accurate assessment of overall health and fitness. It provides baseline information on your current fitness level, reveals what areas need improvement and helps monitor your progress. It also provides your "body age" compared to your chronological age.
The system will test: cardiovascular level of fitness (V02 max), blood pressure, multiple strength and core tests, flexibility, height/weight, body fat, body mass index, nutritional intake ranking, and multiple health risk assessments

Intro to Free Weight Room (for women only!)
If you are at all intimidated by, or just need some guidance in, the free weight room, this class is for you! A Y personal Trainer will take you through the variety of strength training options available only here and show you how to incorporate the free weight room into your fintess routine in a safe and effective way. Limited to 4-8 participants.

Personal Training Sessions
Work one-on-one with a nationally certified personal trainer to meet your fitness goals. Single and multi-session packages available. Just getting started? Please fill out and submit the Personal Training Informational Packet in order to match you with your trainer and schedule your first session.

Small Group Training
Get 3-5 people together for personal training at a reduced rate. Format can be flexible, from fitness boxing to circuit training. The Small Group Traning Informational Packet can be found here.

Small Group Training: Dryland Program for Swimmers
This land-based circuit training class is designed to strengthen swimmer’s movements in the water. It is a total body workout featuring core work, balance, legs and shoulders. Exercises include body weight, bands, ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls, Bosu balls, stability balls, and free weights. Minimum 6 participants, maximum 8 participants.
