    Active Adult Exercise

    Exercise classes for Active Adults, including Senior Exercise, Arthritis Exercise, and Project Healthy Bones.

    Group Fitness Classes

    Over 80 classes including Zumba!, Outdoor Boot Camp, TRX, Body Sculpt, Pilates and Yoga (for kids, teens and adults).  Most classes are free for members.  Registration requested for each 8 week session.

    Personal Training

    Our nationally certified trainers work with all populations and tailor individual programs to help you achieve your fitness goals.  We also offer Special Population Personal Training for individuals with physical disabilities, musculoskeletal impairments and other conditions. You can even create your own package of personal training and nutrition with the purchase of one package of sessions.

    Wellness Programs

    We offer a variety of programs to encompass the spirit, mind and body, such as the free "12 Weeks to a Healthier You" program, nutrition consultations and special lectures.

    Yoga and Pilates

    All yoga and pilates classes are designed to increase flexibility and strength, relieve stress, increase energy and promote health and well-being.  Classes are best done in bare feet and on an empty stomach.  Please bring a towel.  Personal mats are recommended (available for purchase at the Welcome Center).
