Water Fitness is an ideal form of exercise for all ages and increases physical strength and endurance without putting stress and strain on joints. All Water fitness classes are included with a Westfield Area Y adult membership.
We offer a wide variety of water fitness programs in both the shallow and deep end of the pool. Water exercise provides a soothing environment for a terrific cardio and strength training workout. Click here for class descriptions in our online brochure.
