We believe that all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. That is why kids in Y Child Care programs cultivate the values, skills and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health and educational achievement.  Y programs provide a safe and nurturing environment for your child to learn, grow and develop their social skills to help them develop and realize their potential.

AFTER SCHOOL
Y School Age Care in Mountainside provides a fun and safe before and after school experience for Mountainside students in grades K-6.

The program is available at both the Deerfield and Beechwood schools two, three, four or five days a week and includes sports, recreation, arts & crafts, and homework time.  Our program begins immediately after school, with either a 5:00PM or a 6:00PM pick up option.

BEFORE SCHOOL
Before school care is available beginning at 7:15AM until the start of the school day.  Before care will be provided at Deerfield School. All students who attend Beechwood school will be transported from Deerfield to Beechwood on the Mountainside School District bus, accompanied and supervised by Y staff.

VACATION & HALF-DAYS
When school is out Vacation Fun Club is in!  Full days will be provided at the Main Y Facility, 220 Clark Street Westfield. Half-day locations will be at the schools.
