Online Services

The Westfield Area Y’s online system has three components:

  1. WebTime for online registration and payments
  2. ActivTrax for personalized exercise workouts and nutrition information
  3. Drupal for online event registration and donations
Please note:  when using the online system, do not hit the “submit” button more than once, or use the browser back button, as you could make a duplicate credit card payment.  If you have any issues or questions, please contact the Welcome Center at 908-233-2700 before retrying your transaction.  
 
While many online transactions are available, please note that “in person” registration may be required.  For example, online registration is not available for child care or for classes/leagues that require signatures on registration forms.  Financial aid and credit voucher transactions must be handled in person at the Welcome Center.
 
 

WebTime

Conveniently register for classes, make payments (child care, camp, swim team), renew an annual membership, update contact information, complete child care medical forms/waivers and more.

ActivTrax

ActivTrax is a tool that creates customized workouts around your goals, strength and fitness experience. Available to members after an orientation, it contains both an exercise and nutrition module. Once you receive your password, you can log-on at the Y or from home.

Drupal

Register for events such as a preschool trip, a Flick ‘n Float or the Y’s Annual Golf Outing, or make a tax-deductible contribution to the Strong Kids Campaign. Drupal makes it easy and convenient.

Other Options

The online program brochure will allow you to browse current class offerings and read class descriptions. You also have the ability to connect to your account to populate your shopping cart and register classes and programs.  Printable brochures for the current session are also available.
