PAYMENT OPTIONS

Monthly Bank Draft
Memberships will be billed on the 10th of each month by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) from a credit/debit card, or checking/savings account.  30 day written notification is required to cancel this method of payment and/or membership.  Please note that a $25 fee will be assessed if the payment is denied.  If you have question about the draft, contact: Ellen Oliveri, Bank Draft Coordinator, 908-233-2700 x274 or eoliveri@westfieldynj.org

Annual Full Payment
Membership dues are paid in full annually. There are no cancellations or refunds.  An annual membership may be extended for medical reasons at the discretion of the Westfield Area Y.  If the member is unable to use the facility, the Senior Director of Member Services must be notified within 30 days of illness and a doctor’s note will be required.

JOINER'S FEE
A one-time Joiner's Fee is due in full for Full Membership Categories age 19+.  You may rejoin within 30 days of your membership expiration date without repaying the fee.  Joiner's Fee and membership dues are non-refundable.  The Y reserves the right to change fees with a 30 day notice to members.

MEMBERSHIP ID CARDS
Member ID cards must be presented each time you enter the Westfield Area Y. Replacement of a lost card is $5. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

GUESTS
Adult members 19+ are entitled to a limited amount of complimentary guest passes.  Additional guest passes may be purchased for $10 per person.  Guests must provide a photo ID and sign our guest waiver.  Parents/guardians must sign the waiver for guests under the age of 18.  The same guest may visit up to 5 times in one year.  Additional visits will require a Westfield Area Y membership.

NEW! “MY Y IS EVERY Y” RECIPROCITY PROGRAM
When you’re away from home, you aren’t far away from the Y.   Participating New Jersey Ys will accept your valid Westfield Area Y membership for up to 5 visits a month at no cost. 

The AWAY Program (Always Welcome at the Y) entitles Westfield Area Y members to short-term privileges at hundreds of participating Ys throughout the U.S. As each Y has their own usage and fee guidelines, it is recommended that you call ahead of your visit.

At the Westfield Area Y, AWAY members may use the facility as a silver member.  There is a $10 fee for member Y's within a 50 mile radius with a maximum of 5 visits a year, after which a Westfield Area Y membership is required.  For Y's outside of the 50 mile radius there is no fee for a maximum of 5 visits per month.  Additional visits will be allowed for $10/visit.  AWAY members may not bring guests or make racquetball court or class reservations.  The Westfield Area Y verifies that the membership is current by calling the member Y.  The AWAY member must show 2 forms of identification: a photo ID and their Y membership card.
