Overview

This tutorial has been prepared to introduce you to our all new interactive registration process.  Now you can browse our great programmatic offerings online AND register for a class at the click of a button!


The Program Brochure can be accessed directly from the Programs drop down menu as well as through the convenient hot link buttons located on most pages throughout the site.

In order to make browsing and locating classes as easy as possible; the Program Brochure is comprised of a hierarchy of 4 levels: 

 

Category -> Program -> Class -> Timeslot

These levels fall under each of the 8 Departments.  Once a specific class and timeslot are selected you are navigated directly to our registration system where you can complete the checkout process.

 

Step By Step Instructions

Step 1:The Department, Category, Program and Class selection pages are arranged like the image to the right.  They assist in narrowing your selection process by area of interest, age, and activity type.  By navigating thru each section you can quickly narrow your selection down to specific classes. Step 2:Once you have decided on a specific class and select it you will come to the Time Slot selection page.  This allows you to view the specific times and days your class is offered.You can also view the costs associated with the class, if any.This page will indicate the current status of the class based on whether it is currently available, upcoming, open, wait listed, etc.Once you choose a Time Slot simply click on the Register Link on the right hand side of the page.  This will navigate you to our Webtime Registration System.Step 3:Please enter your ID number and password to login to the registration system.  If you do not remember your login information, please use the box on the right hand side to login by name. Step 4:Next, please select the family member you are currently registering a class for.Step 5:On this page, please confirm your class selection is correct and then add it to your cart by pressing the continue button .Step 6:On this page you can review all of the classes currently in your shopping cart.  From here you can choose register to check out your shopping cart.  To register for additional classes after you have confirmed a selection to the shopping cart please proceed as follows:

  • Close the Webtime shopping cart window via the button at the top of the page or the X in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Select a new class from the Program Brochure
  • A new Webtime window will open, once you navigate to the Registration Link.
  • You will only be asked to enter your Webtime login information once until you check out.
