12 Weeks to a Healthier You
"12 Weeks to a Healthier You" is a FREE program, available to all adult members, designed to get you on track with your fitness and wellness goals. This personalized, small-group support experience is led by a Y Wellness professional, provides workouts in a private environment, and teaches you how to properly use equipment and track your progress.
New groups are added often! Please fill out a "12 Weeks to a Healthier You" Registration Form and return it to the Welcome Center.
