With over 80 Group fitness classes per week, you can easily find a class that is sure to get you moving!
All classes are taught by nationally-certified Group Fitness Instructors. Some of our current offerings are Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, WillPower & Grace, Cardiokickbox, Body Sculpt, Senior Exercise, Group Cycling, Step, Arthritis Exercise, Pilates, and many more. Classes are conducted either in our beautiful aerobics studio with a raised wooden floor, and skylights, or in our large, bright multi-purpose room. Both facilities have a professional grade stereo system. All weights, resistance tubes, stability balls, steps, mats and other exercise equiptment are in the studios, ready to be used for any variety of classes.

We also offer a wide variety of water fitness programs inlcuded in your Westfield Area Y adult membership. Water exercise provides a soothing environment for a terrific cardio and strength training workout. Click here for water fitness class descriptions.
