Managing your Type 1 or Type II diabetes is more than tracking sugar intake. You want to have an active and healthy lifestyle.
This program gives you the exercise and nutrition tools, expert guidance and support to succeed. You will learn how to safely increase your physical activity, improve your blood lipid profile, control your glucose level and manage your weight. It is led by a certified Health and Fitness Specialist, a Nutritional Sciences Expert (Kim Spaccarotella, PhD.) and certified Personal Trainers.
