TRX® Suspension Training

WHAT IS TRX?

A TRX® Suspension Trainer is a series of straps, buckles and grips hung overhead from an anchor point. It helps you develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability using your body weight and gravity. The constant demand on the core turns every movement into a total body exercise. Increased muscular demand means increased caloric expenditure making it a great weight loss tool.

TRX® Suspension Training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all at once!  In a TRX Suspension Training Group Class, a certified TRX® instructor will guide you through a series of exercises that will use your body weight and gravity to achieve your fitness goals—guaranteed to challenge every level of exerciser!
