Rose Mary came to the Westfield Area Y in 2002 with 13 years of prior professional human resources, benefits and compensation experience.  She holds a bachlors degree in psychology from Mount St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, MD.  She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).  She lives in Westfield with her husband and children.
