Janice A. Carthens
Senior Director Member Services/Quality Management

Janice joined the Westfield Area Y as our Senior Director of Members Services & Quality Management in April 2007.

She has been a part of the YMCA movement for more than 15 years and has held positions at the YMCA of Greater New York, Metro YMCAs of the Oranges, the YMCA of Eastern Union County and the YMCA of the USA.

Janice brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this role. She has held positions as Member Services Director, Director of Administration, and Regional Training & Event Manager. Janice holds a Master’s Degree in Human Service Administration from Springfield College, Springfield, MA.
